Billing - Xero & QuickBooks Online

Once subscribed to Float billing information and options can be accessed from the dashboard.

To view your invoices simply click on 'View receipts' from the Plan tab on the dashboard.

This will display all invoices related to that company, which can then be downloaded as a PDF. To view more billing options click the 'Manage your subscription' button which will be shown in the top left of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed:

As you can see there are 3 options on this screen:

  • Update your card - use this option to update an expired payment card or to change the card used for subscription payments.
  • Change - change the subscription plan based on your needs.
  • Cancel your subscription - this will cancel the subscription to Float but keep  the company data (allowing for exporting/printing if needed). Following this, to delete the company data from Float, go to the settings menu for that company and select 'Remove company from Float' which will remove all data related to that company from Float.
