Some bills/invoices are missing - what can I do?

All approved open invoices/bills should be imported by default. If you notice any that aren’t showing in the cash flow or ‘Invoices Due’/’Bills to Pay’ let us know.

Is the missing item a “Draft” bill or invoice? (Xero users only)

The main causes for invoices/bills not showing is that they are set to draft in the accounting platform.

Draft invoices are not imported by default so if you have draft invoices in Xero you need to enable a setting to allow these to be imported.

Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Company Settings’ and enable the option to import drafts, run an import and these should be pulled through.



For repeating invoices, these can also be pulled through, however if any are draft they wouldn’t be imported until the option for importing drafts was enabled
