Exporting to a pdf report


If your video looks at all blurry, just increase your quality using the gear icon at the bottom right of the video.

The cash flow graph and table will display the maximum number of months which can fit on screen at any one time, but a specific date range cannot be set. When exporting as a pdf, Float will use the months that are shown on screen as the months to export. While a date range can't be set, you can move the months forwards and backwards using the navigation arrows just above the graph. To export, hit the export button (shown below) and choose to export as a pdf.

This will generate a pdf copy that includes both the graph and cash flow table along with an overall summary showing the top line figures of cash in, cash out and net cash movement. For each cell in the table the pdf will show the higher of the budget and actual figure.
