If your client has decided that Float isn't for them, removing their company from your account will ensure there are no further charges associated to that company.
The steps for removing a client company are as follows:
1. From the dashboard in Float select the settings for the company you wish to remove.
2. In the settings menu is the option to 'Remove company from Float', selecting this option will remove the company data from Float and cancel any associated subscription, ensuring no further charges.
