Do we receive an account manager?


The partner program allows you to view all your clients' Float accounts in one place. Having a large number of clients can be very time consuming, so we take on the support burden so you don't have to.  

When you sign up as a partner, our customer success team will be in direct contact with your clients through email and also in-app messaging. This means that if clients have an issue with Float they don’t need to go through you to get to us, they are able to come direct to us, freeing up your time.

We keep a record of previous conversations with you and your customers, so we are always informed about the ins and outs of your clients and tailor support and information on a more personal basis
